Lewis McDonald
As founder I Lewis McDonald, Have worked in hospitality industry for more than fifteen years and been a Head Chef in well known places in Kirckaldy like the Strathearn Hotel and the Abbotshall, while my partner Louise Brown, Has built her career with 10 years experience in front-of-house management. Together, we have combined our skills and love for the industry to create something unique and special.
Nigel McDonald
Our business is also built on the legacy of the late Nigel McDonald, Well known in the communitinty for his bakes, Steak pies, and outside catering. Throughout his career, he passed down valuable knowledge ,skills , and passion for food. as his son, i am committed to continuing his legacy, keeping the business within the family and sharing our food with as much people to enjoy.
